Pikes Peak

circa: 1939s, made by the Groetchen Tool Company. This is one of the most fun skill games to play. It was named after the Pikes Peak mountain in Colorado. Unlike most arcade games, which are largely random or relatively easy, this game takes some skill and practice to get to the top

You insert your penny, push in the coin slide, to release the balls into the bottom. You flip a ball onto the bottom ramp and then you turn the knob back and forth to maneuver the ball up one ramp at a time while not having it drop off the sides of the ramp. You get five balls for a penny.

After you play, you see the balls in the scoring columns. You add up your score to see if you beat your friend or if you got enough points to get a prize from the operator. One ball is colored and counts double.

Good overall original condition, slight wear to case, but all graphics, numbers and award plate in good condition.

RollFast Coin Operated Exercise Bike

Here is a truly unique item for your gameroom. It's not only an antique, but you can exercise on it. Good condition with speedometer. My guess is that it was made in the 1930s/40s.

You get on the bike and it is very hard to pedal. You insert coin which raises break bar on front week. You can then easily pedal the bike and turn a knob to make the pedaling harder or easier. After a short time period, the break bar drops down, making it hard to pedal again. thereby ending your ride. The time allotted for the ride can be adjusted. You must plug the bike into an electrical outlet for the breaking mechanism to work.

In good working condition, probably made in late 40’s or early 50’s, has a speedometer and tension controls to vary the difficulty, operates on 5¢, plugs into 110 Volt outlet, measures 42” long X 22” wide X 38” high

The Authentic Water Blast™ Arcade Game.

The Authentic Water Blast™ Arcade Game.

This is the same Water Blast game found at theme parks, state fairs, and arcades, complete with rapid water-shooting guns, flashing lights, lighted marquee, and arcade sounds. The game challenges up to two players to shoot streams of water at their respective bull's-eyes. Direct hits illuminate lights on the scoreboard to show players' progress; a victor is determined when all of a player's lights illuminate. A barker's voice initiates the contest, tells off-target shooters to "Aim your gun at the target," and declares a winner with "Awesome, you won. Let's play again." The guns are powered by continuous, 1/2-horsepower water pumps for fast action, and the guns swivel left, right, up, and down so you can adjust your shot. The only differences between this unit and the games in the arcades are you don't have to feed it quarters (authentic coin doors are disabled) and it does not award tickets for victories. A barker's voice initiates the contest, announces when a player is off-target, and declares a winner. The glass shields on the side and top of the targets keep water inside the cabinet and the self-contained water system is supplied by a 5-gallon water reservoir that refills easily through the front of the cabinet. Plugs into AC. Our white glove delivery includes in-home assembly and removal of packing materials. 108" H x 36" W x 99" D. (702 lbs.)

Price: $11,000 plus shipping (approx. $1000)

The Retractable Classic Bowling Arcade Game.

The Retractable Classic Bowling Arcade Game.

This is the easy-storage version of the classic bowling game found in arcades because its runway slides into the base of the unit. Complete with sounds and an electric LED scoring marquee and constructed of sturdy MDF around a steel frame with a net, the game provides a full 6'-long alley for play (4'-long when compact). The object of the game for novices is to roll a series of durable PVC balls (six included) up the runway at the optimal angle and speed to land in one of three scoring holes; balls are automatically returned to the player via a tray for continuous play. For ages 4 and older. Plugs into AC. 96" L x 25" W x 52" H. (98 lbs.)
