Pikes Peakcirca: 1939s, made by the Groetchen Tool Company. This is one of the most fun skill games to play. It was named after the Pikes Peak mountain in Colorado. Unlike most arcade games, which are largely random or relatively easy, this game takes some skill and practice to get to the topYou insert your penny, push in the coin slide, to release the balls into the bottom. You flip a ball onto the bottom ramp and then you turn the knob back and forth to maneuver the ball up one ramp at a time while not having it drop off the sides of the ramp. You get five balls for a penny. After you play, you see the balls in the scoring columns. You add up your score to see if you beat your friend or if you got enough points to get a prize from the operator. One ball is colored and counts double. Good overall original condition, slight wear to case, but all graphics, numbers and award plate in good condition. Price: $985 plus shipping
