All jukeboxes are insured to arrive without damage, but you must inspect the shipment to make sure there is not outside damage before signing the shipping papers. The jukeboxes are warrantied by the manufacturer. Because of the cost shipping and possibility of damage, jukeboxes cannot be returned or exchanged.
